Fold-down collar, 9-button front placket to the approximate waist. Full-length sleeves with button cuffs that allows the wearer to roll up, if desired. Full-length princess seams create a flattering, simmer-fitted top, flaring out to create a wonderful full skirt, which creates a fluffy bubble hem due to the gently elasticized drawstring at the hem. This drawstring can be pulled and held to create a smaller circumference at the hem by using its metal toggle. . A curved seam at the approximate waist extends from the placket to the left side seam, creating a top opening for the over-sized, whimsical pouch-pocket. Very attractive, artsy and comfy!
